JOE Virtual allows you to train from home with the clarity and precision of Contrology. Sessions are arranged directly with SJ. Private virtual sessions are $90 per session, payable at the time of booking.

Preparation

    •    Download the necessary software (Zoom) and test your link before your session.

    •    Using a laptop is preferred.

    •    Position your camera to show a side or angled view of your body and apparatus.

    •    Minimise background noise and test your microphone and camera in advance.

Time Zones

You are responsible for scheduling your session accurately according to your time zone. Credits or refunds cannot be issued if a session is missed due to miscalculated time differences.

Session Conduct

    •    Sessions may not be recorded or shared without prior consent.

    •    You are responsible for your own exercises and safety during the session.

Internet Outages

    •    If your internet drops out during a session, I am not liable for refunds or make-ups.

    •    If my internet drops out and the session cannot reasonably continue, the session value will be credited or refunded.
